It was the night after Thanksgiving and no one felt like cooking so we headed over to an awesome pizza joint connected to an even awesomer craft brewery called Escape Brewery in Trinity, FL. My dad and I ordered this beer while waiting for our pizza. What a treat.
Amber Ale is a little darker in color with less hoppiness and more of a caramel flavor. All though similar in style, the only obvious difference between red ale and amber ale is the color. Red ale is a little more, well… red.
