Where were you on the night of April 17th, 2011?  Were you sitting in front of your TV and falling witness to the beginning of the greatest show of all time?  Did you then expect it to be apart of your life for the next eight years and find yourself anxiously awaiting the six part finale?  That time is now and we finally have an official release date and trailer to go along with it.

Episode one of the final season of Game of Thrones will be airing on the 14th of April and my god it can’t come sooner.  Amazing how time flies and how far we have come since seeing Ned Stark’s head roll down the steps of King’s Landing.  We have seen our favorite characters fall victim to the cruel minds of George R.R. Martin and the Double D’s but it is the reason we keep coming back.  Name another show that killed off main characters at this rate yet kept the fans wanting more… I’ll wait.

So here we are… The year 2019 and the official conclusion to one of the greatest fictional stories ever told.  If you are not caught up, then catch the hell up.  No more excuses.  This is a show that you have to experience if you have any desire for good television or good story telling.  Trust me, I know that that many hours of binging a show is a daunting task, but if you start watching and don’t want to keep watching then you can hold me personally responsible.  Or you may just be a psychopath.
