This beer tastes like a Christmas tree. It has a more reddish hue than your typical IPA. It is great for sipping by the fire. If you are looking for a light, crisp, traditional IPA then this one isn’t for you. The piney aftertaste is challenging, but interesting and enjoyable — however it was too much for my wife. It gave her the bitter beer face.
